Aluminum spacers are suitable for cut-and-plug applications with plastic corner connectors and for machine bending with metallic straight connectors.

The thickness of the aluminum materials varies from 0.18 mm for lower thermal conductivity and cost efficiency to 0.35 mm for bendability and strength.

Aluminum spacers are available in different sizes, with a nominal width of 4 mm to 40 mm. The standard length of aluminum spacers is 5 meters, although other lengths are optional upon request.
